Below is a list of frequently asked questions about the virtual edition of Patient Safety.

IMPORTANT CME information:

You will only be able to claim CME points for sessions watched at the exact session date and times in order to claim CME’s during the online conference - from 4 - 6 Nov  (ends at 5pm Dubai Time -  GMT + 4). 

After the session has ended, the ability to claim CME credits will not be available.

Congress timings:
  • Thursday, 4 November 2021 - 9:30 - 17:30 (GMT +4)
  • Friday, 5 November 2021 - 10:00 - 17:00 (GMT +4)
  • Saturday, 6 November 2021 - 10:00 - 16:30 (GMT +4)

The event platform will be open for networking until 20 November 2021 at 11:59 PM (GMT +4)

Attending Patient Safety Virtual as a delegate will cost AED 500 (USD 136) and includes access to the 3 day virtual event, including CME-accredited sessions and AI powered matchmaking allowing you to connect with exhibitors, attendees and browse products. 

Yes, you can attend as a free visitor and browse the platform, connect with companies and view products. However you will not have access to the conferences or be able to claim CME.

Claiming CME:

Delegates and speakers will receive and email from Informa with instructions for claiming CME certificates by 18th November 2021.

Once you have registered as an attendee, you will receive an email to access the virtual event platform.

You need to use the same email address you used to register for the event.

You can reset your password using the ‘Forgot your password’ option on the login page.

You can send a ‘magic link’ to the email address you used to register, and when you click the link you will get direct access to the event.

There may be several reasons why your email address is not recognised:

  • Check that you are correctly registered for the event you are attending
  • Make sure that the email address you enter is the one with which you used on the registration form

Please note: An email address can only be used for one person. If several people have registered with the same email address, you will need to contact the organiser of your event to change this – please email [email protected]
